On existing wiring. A full periodic report was produced as well as a NICEIC New Installation Certificate with building regulations approval and test results. The customer received the results once the installation was complete.

One Consumer unit was for storage heaters on economy 7 and the other supplied the house. The property was rewired due to a vast list of work needing to be undertaken as a result of the Periodic Report.

One consumer unit supplied the economy 7 storage heaters and the other supplied rest of the property. All paperwork issued including certificates for each consumer unit.

Supplying the house from the on-peak supply. An explanation of the consumer unit and how it operates is always given after a new consumer unit is fitted.

Supplying the off-peak supply economy 7 equipment. The customer requested both the water heater elements to be run off the off-peak supply due to low water usage.

Conduit was installed to run the cables in for mechanical protection. The customer chose white conduit as opposed to black.

The property was fully renovated with a large extension and was rewired in conjunction with the building work. LED Plinth lights fitted into a Howdens kitchen proved effective and popular with the customer. Five light sources combined with a high quality kitchen created a really crisp and effective environment.

240 volt 50w halogen track lights installed in a dormer bungalow. These track lights were fitted at the peak of the dorma throughout the length of the building which contained five in total distributing the light in all areas of the room

The customer wanted gallery style spot lights fitted below each individual velux window to reach into the corners of the room. Mixed with the White LED spotlights it created a pleasant ambience which could be adjusted with a variable dimmer

Extractor hood containing 12volt halogen lamps over the cooker range with air recycling unit within.
